I purchased a john deere 3032e used that came with a backhoe and no 3 point parts. The parts list was around 2k to order from john deere. Once i got all necessary parts, i noticed the kit didnt come with a pin for the top link. I used this set up one time and the left lift arm bent and is bowed. I reached out to customer service to inquire if they would replace the bent lift arm. I was instructed to text pictures of the damage to a cell phone number provided. I have done so as instructed and have not received any reply or resolution. It has been a week. I texted the number provided again for an update yesterday and still have not received a response.
