Neat Farms did an awesome job with our order. We ordered it and I was tracking it and UPS didnt deliver it. It was lost. I contacted NeatFarms and told them and they had another one out to us in less than a week. Customer service was great ! An actual person answered when I called ! Very helpful and the part was just what it said ! We will use again. Thanks
