You need only Wire Cutter to unwrap the chain harrow section and then engage big hooks to the drawbar and it is ready to go. For Chain Harrows having multiple sections width wise you need a 5 Lbs hammer to lock together S-Hooks on side of each harrow section.

Multi action drag chain harrow
Review:
Used it as soon as it came to drag 8 acres of pasture. Worked excellent on breaking up dry piles of manure left behind from the previous summer thru winter of cows on pasture. Dethatched the grass perfectly. Pulled it behind my compact tractor. Next day I pulled it behind my x380 lawn mower around the yard. Dethatched the grass and loosened leaves that had been compacted from the winter snow. Worked better than I could have imagined. Can't wait to pull it behind my disc in the field.
