Could you please provide instruction on replacing the individual teeth on a bolt on tooth bar?

The teeth are secured with coiled spring pins. To replace a worn tooth, simply drive out the coiled spring pin using a hammer and punch. Position the new tooth in place and reinstall the pin by tapping it in with a hammer

have Kubota TL500 loader. Bucket has a additional cutting edge bolted on with several bolts across front edge of bucket. This came from factory this way.. Will that cutting edge have to come off to attach 2AW bar? Inside bucket measurements 59 1/2 in.

If your cutting edge is more than 3/4 inch, 2AW toothbar will not fit.

How do you come to know what is the right size for my bucket?

Tooth bar size should be 1/16" - 3/4" less than the inside size of your bucket. There are spacers comes with toothbar to fill gap. Actual size of this tooth bar is little less than 34-1/2".
