Poor customer service
Review:
The bale spear was as advertised. Fits my Cat 236 fine and the spears are solid. HOWEVER, upon arrival the guard was bent on both sides, and would not mount onto the lower attachment. I had FedEx take a picture/document, and immediately reached out to Neat Farms via the "contact us" link and attachched a picture of the damage. 48 hours later I still did not have a reply, so I called the phone line listed. The gentleman I spoke with insisted that I "email him pictures" to the sales@neatfarms.com address and he would "research" it. I asked about the previous communication to the "contact us" but he said he did not know and I would have to email to sales. He did not offer any type.of resolution, exchange, replacement, or even a partial refund base on the difference of the bale spear with and without guards (which is approximately a $200 difference). I then received a. Email saying "for getting it to work we will compensate you $70...." I am a bit disappointed with customer service.
