Answer ► The only difference is adjustable vertical lift arms and all other parts are same. Before buying, please check your tractor for the adaptability of the correct vertical lift arms.

Item No. 30381: This kit comes with two of the same vertical lift arms. Both of vertical lift arms has one side with ball end and other side is a fork end.
Item No :30382: This kit comes with two of the same vertical lift arms. Both sides of the vertical lift arms has fork ends.

Parts appear to be well made. Very heavy duty. It should work fine for my Massey Ferguson tractor. However, the bolt on the end of the sway chains does not fit the hole in the lower lift arm. There are 2 holes on each lower lift arm. One accomodates the pin for the vertical lift arm, the other one is too small for the sway chain attachment. I will probably need to get a powerful drill and bit to drill out the hardened steel.

All of the components in this kit are very well made and at a great value, works great on my 1998 John Deere 855. Note that for my specific tractor (if someone looking has one) the sway chains that came with the kit would not work so I had to make different ones with turnbuckles from the hardware store, not a big deal at all considering this is a universal fit kit.

Bought this for a 2022 John Deere 1025R. There are no instructions with this kit. The hardware it comes with is limited at best, and I still had to run to town a hour away and get pins and hardware to make it work for my tractor. The pins that come with the arms to stick in the hole and adjust the sleeves did not fit any of the sleeves. Emailed the company and received no response. These things are tight. Had to use a BFH to get them to move and put my box blade on.. but it works.

Bought this kit for my John Deere 670 compact tractor, kit arrived in a timely manner however the box broke open and the stabilizer chains were missing, i called Neat and the replacement chains were shipped that afternoon. Installed kit with minor modifications for the chains, hitch is working very I am happy with service.
