I bought 11 of these for a manure bucket and when I got them they didn’t fit the spear like they said it would. I called and spoke to the company, they offered to replace them or if I had a local machine shop that could machine them. So I took them to the machine shop and got them fixed. They covered the cost of getting them machined with a store credit. I am happy and they treated me fair. I have bought several items from them and will buy more in the future.
